Eligible unused FRNIAMC products may be returned through Amazon within 30 days, subject to the order terms and product condition requirements.
Return eligibility
The product should be unused, in resalable condition and returned with every component, accessory, instruction and original packaging. Amazon displays the controlling return deadline and eligibility for each order.
Start a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
- Open Your Orders and select the FRNIAMC product.
- Choose the available return or support option.
- Follow Amazon’s instructions for packing, labeling and carrier handoff.
Refund timing
After a return is approved and received, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on Amazon, the payment provider and the original payment method.
Damaged, missing or defective items
Contact FRNIAMC through the Amazon order before sending an item back without instructions. Photos of the packaging, product and affected area can help identify the quickest solution.
Large-item returns
Barber chairs and other heavy products may require specific freight or carrier arrangements. Always use the return method issued for the order.
